Jeanne Willis is an award-winning author and has written over 400 books for children, many illustrated by Tony Ross. She has been published by Andersen Press, Nosy Crow, Macmillan, Faber, Walker, Harper Collins and Puffin to name a few. She has worked in most genres including novelty, picture books, poetry, young readers, novellas and teen fiction and has over thirty years experience in giving author talks. Jeanne was a copywriter on the board of directors at Young and Rubicam and has written books for various advertising brands including WWF, scripts and lyrics for Children’s T.V, a novel for the first Paddington film and a story for the latest Winnie The Pooh collection. Her popular titles include Dr Xargle, Tadpole’s Promise, Who’s In The Loo and The Bog Baby. Prince Charmless, which has recently been optioned by Aardman Films. In November 2018 Hodder Children’s Books published Frockodile, and her latest book, Field Trip The Moon, was published by Macmillan in May 2019. Jeanne is a member of PRS and was Author In Residence at Evelina Children’s Hospital.
